Which standard are they working to?

BRC, SQF, IFS, FSSC, ISO 22000, Other?

Surely the company must know what documents the auditor will be looking for..are they prepared?

Hi JC,

Since your clinet is a glass manufacturing company, they are aiming for FSSC 22000 Certificatio. The standards to be used by the auditor will be ISO 22000 + PAS 223.

To help your client, you need to prepare the following:
1.updated business permit
2.license to operate as a pezt control service provider.
I understand it is still a status quo at Phil FDA, so you can still show the license issued by the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority.
3.Certificate of Product Registration of pestcide chemicals used in
the plant
4. Material Safety Data Sheets of the chemicals used
5. PEST Control Program of the plant, including diagrams where you intent to use it, reporting formats, dosage of chemicals to be used, handling and storage of chemicals, training certificate of your pest control applicators from accredired institution, etc

Hope this will help you.
