Hi rani,

Are you referring to micro. settle plates ?

can you provide some info. as to the specific application ?

It may depend on whether a specific micro. target or not but the general procedure is to use a standard nutrient agar and leave exposed for a fixed period. Then count.

Kind Regards,

Hi Rani,

You may have a look at these standards

ISO 14698 Part 1-Clean rooms and associated controlled environments-Bio Contamination Control (I don't have link to a free download)

ISO 13408 Part 1-Aseptic processing of healthcare products- http://www.ctslab.eu...3408-1_2008.pdf(I am not sure whether the version is the latest)
