Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for some guidance on repacking and what the regulations would be for what type of products are acceptable to be repacked?

Example would be if  a company receives bulk tomatoes that are not packaged/ labeled for retail sale these would be acceptable for a company to repack and put into pint/ clam shell containers labeled for retail.

Also, what if the company receives tomatoes already in pint or clam shell containers labeled for retail, would these be acceptable for repacking into the companies own containers and own label?

Looking for the guidance documents on this, but not really sure what to call it.

Thank you!
