Hello, everyone!

I am Angie, working here in Cambodia as a Hygiene and Quality Manager of a food manufacturing company with restaurants and take away shops.  One of my tasks here is to implement HACCP -- which we will be applying for certification, hopefully, early next year.  I hope I will be able to not only ask for opinions but contribute as well.
