Dear all,

In computation of audit days there is such a thing called as FTE (Full-time equivalent employees). Does this include third party service providers? (outsourced pest control personnel, outsourced maintenance, outsourced haulers, etc.)

Per this web site http://www.businessd...valent-FTE.html it appears to be a ratio of the number of hours worked by employees divided by number of normal hours for full time employees.

Hi Alvindman,

It is to account for full time equivalent employees so if normal FT hours are 40 hours and you have 2 PT employees that work 20 hours/week this would count as 1 FT Employee equivalent.

Third party service providers are not included.

Audit time calculation tool shown in ISO 22003, Annex B (Ts = (D + H + MS + FTE) plus the additional FSSC audit time.

Kind regards,

Tony
