Hi

we are in the process of dispute regarding breach of Groceries code by Retailer

and our access to website has been blocked

Can somebody please send me Sainsbury's COP regarding free from (gluten free) requirements?

Guys, I can understand confidentiality issue, but seriously over 120 people have red the post and no one can help me???

 

ok, if not the whole COP

can someone please give me only a sentence where there is a reference to gluten limit below 5ppm

is it phrase as final product or all raw materials used in the product?

 

in need a phrase for my case

I think it is in 007

 

anyone???

I don't deal with Sainsbury, but if they follow M&S example then it will be in raw material, so needs declaring on final pack - if that's where you're coming from?

That's my best guess Karina, sorry.

when I have stated my job they already got rid of everything related to the company, but in my stupidity I told them about my legal background and that Code was not followed and they are not responsible for the events 

so now I am technical/legal person in company ;) without paperwork to based on

 

weekend time
