HACCP Manual Revision

Hi All,

Just takeover QA functions and found out that HACCP manual is already revised for 23rd times (first issue 2004). Reasons of revisions are mostly replacement of HACCP member and update of references.

How can we re-start the revision to 1 and improve the document control? How can I apply the attached guidelines?

Hi Mandark,

It's easy, in Principle anyway.

I assume yr currrent revision number is in headers/footers of pages in (MS) based manual.

I assume you have a  "Procedure to control Documentation".

Simply revise the Procedure by adding the text you have attached in yr post..

Then modify the revision text in header/footer as per yr attachment.
