I am new to the food industry. The company I work for produces both liquid and dry preservatives. We are currently working on our HACCP/GMP certifications. It has been difficult to find information similar to our type of production as it involves food-safe acids. Our products keep foods from molding, etc. Anyone out there working with similar products? I have a few HACCP/GMP related questions. Thanks!

Hi Trinity,

Welcome to the Forum ! :welcome:

Is it possible to provide more specific information/link on the types of product you are referrring to ?

Please feel free to post any haccp/gmp queries you have but maybe open a new thread in an appropriate forum since, from memory, this particular sub-forum is not included in the site's search engine.

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
