Hi. I work as a Food Safety & Quality Manager for Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd based in New Zealand. Fonterra manufactures and sells Dairy products around the world

I've worked in the dairy industry for a number of years in a variety of job prior to finding the world of quality and find that the most enjoying. My job involves coaching staff in all aspects of food safety and quality, auditing and being audited by customers and regulators, project work relating to improvement activities and passing my knowledge onto my staff (2).

I've attended several webinars and enjoyed the information hence me taking it one step further and joining IFSQN

Thanks

Vanessa

Hi Vanessa, it is good to communicate with QA associates across the world. I work as QA Manager for Venerdi in West Auckland. We manufacture gluten free, dairy free and grain bread products. I also worked at Fonterra for a short while at Canpac, Hamilton. I joined IFSQN about 6 months ago. I found the webinars quite informative and enlightening.  As QA leaders our challenge is to instill a   food safety culture everyday, sometimes it is a thankless role!

Please keep in touch

Regards

Thevan
