Welcome to the Forum !

It's true that the road is not always short but the length much depends on yr internal/external resources.

This forum can certainly assist with a lot of typical SQF queries however most Companies find it necessary to invest in external training such as with respect to the "Practitioner" function.

Anyway please don't hesitate to initiate a topic or join any of the variety of topics running here. Most of us started from FS ground level so we well know what it feels like.

Welcome BChapp, sounds like exciting times.  It's great to be in a fast moving and growing business, but it can sometimes be a white-knuckle experience.
