Hi Edith,

:welcome:

I'm sure that you will find helpful topics and advice on the forums.

If you are a microbiologist then you are more than halfway there in terms of knowledge IMO.

Kind regards,

Tony

Step one is to get somebody certified as a HACCP Coordinator. Many companies offer HACCP training on site. This is, in my opinion the best option. You can also get HACCP certified from AIB through an online class.

Best of luck to you good sir and welcome!
