Hello Heidi,
Start with SQF code and guidance documents found at their website. Be sure to obtain your HACCP certification and develop your HACCP plan. Consider attending a SQF training class and obtaining certification as a SQF Practitioner. After all that consider using a SQF consultant to work out what your company has left to do. Good luck!

Hi Watanka,
Just curious. Can any Organisation in US devise their own HACCP course and ultimately bestow a title such as "HACCP Certified" ? (ie no kind of accreditation involved).
Kind Regards,
