Hi all need your help,

 

Does any one have source of reference where I can find microbial standard in Food for USA?

 

I try to look in USFDA website, I found only the science research and risk safety assessment so I am not sure if there is the standard?

 

I would like find microbial standard of spice which i use as an ingredient then i can set standard of incoming ingredient and would like to set standard of finish product.

FDA also has identified hazards and pathogens they expect you to address with the preventative controls rule for various product types in this guidance:
