Hello, I have been in the food industry for over 30 yrs.  I have owned three small coffee shops/cafe.  Currently I am a Franchise Business Consultant for a fast growing QSR concept.  I joined your group to help educated myself.  I cover the North East and rules and regulations vary.  I feel that this group could provide me a lot of insight as questions arise.
