We just completed our SQF audit and according to our auditor the company does nothing in Repositrak.  The auditor provides you with the list of non-conformances from the audit in which you have to respond.  Your responses are directly to the auditor with the appropriate evidence show corrective action.  FYI...Repositrak requires companies to do a root cause analysis for each non-conformity; this was not required with the ETQ Reliance portal.

When we responded to audit nonconformances, we attached a root cause analysis as part of the corrective action when SQF was using EtQ Reliance.

We have not used Repositrak yet, but a formal request for a root cause analysis means you looked for a way to permanently correct it instead of just correcting the one time occurrence (which sometimes correction actions tend to focus on).

CPAR = Corrective and Preventative Action Request:  C = Correct for this time, P = make the correction to prevent it from happening again.

Example:  Nonconformance = spill on floor and not cleaned up.  Correction = cleaned up that spill.  Prevention = training, etc. so spills are cleaned up immediately and properly.

We were recently audited for SQF and it was simpler to send the corrective actions to the auditor, but our auditor is a bit slow getting items completed.  Doing anything else on Repositrak was confusing - their instructions did not match what we were seeing.  When calling to get clarification, they were slow to respond.

Were you able to see your audit in ReposiTrak?  We finished our audit on 1/9, but have yet to see anything but "audit pending" in ReposiTrak.

I see the same for us and our audit was on 11/21 and 11/22.  Our auditor responded to our corrective actions stating she was satisfied with them, but in REpositrak it shows our audit has not even started.

I'm not really keen on this system...I hope it improves.
