Hi everyone,

for validating allergens, I am looking for test especially for celery and sulfur-dioxide.

Does anyone know any type of test or procedure to check these allergens?

Regards,

Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,

Celery no idea. i daresay a commercial kit exists.

SO2 - you can buy direct-usage indicator paper assuming approx. detection of sulphites is required. If you need accurate quantitative assessment, eg < 10ppm, a lab may be required.

Kind Regards,

Hi! For celery we used PCR (SureFood® R-Biofarm), but it is not test kit. Just special lab could do it (with special equipment)

Hello,

If it is not a problem, can you please suggest some brands about this? Because i have also same problem about celery and sulphite.
