I am Naviera, a master student of Wageningen University and Research, the Netherlands. Currently, I am doing my thesis, which is in collaboration with the University of Lincoln. The aim of the research is to gain an insight into the training needs of food quality and technical managers at different levels of seniority in Ready-To-Eat (RTE) foods sector in the UK, which apply HACCP-based Food Safety Management System.
We would like to ask you to participate in a survey for our data collection. The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Your personal information will be kept confidential. We hope the result of this research would be helpful for Ready-To-Eat (RTE) food sector to identify knowledge areas and skills that are important to perform activities related to HACCP development, which can be achieved via training.
