Hello everyone,

My name is Alessandro and I am a 19-year-old student, studying Food Health and Innovation in The Netherlands.

During an internship at a quality department (mushroom farm and processing), I was asked to stay. This was because I had got a good view of their quality system (brc 7) and was motivated to work after hours. I got to add; the old quality manager had just stepped up due to migration.

So from December, when my school started again, I am working there as QA manager in my spare time. Gradually I am getting more and more responsible for the quality system, wich of course includes receiving grade A the next audit in October.

I gain knowledge mainly by contact with other people (colleagues in other quality departments), courses, school and from now on, this forum!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Alessandro
