DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO GET USFDA microbiological specification for ready to eat foods specially aerobic counts

Depends on the "Foods" ?

 

Just as an example, afaik, there is no (USFDA) APC specification for (import) RTE shrimp because APC is not regarded as a hazard.
