Do you have any examples how the Traceability report could look like?

You might try searching for "traceability".

 

There are many examples on this Forum but perhaps depending on yr FS Standard (if any).

The report required will depend on your FSMS in place. It is important to remember that your traceability system needs to consider RM to FP, FP to RM, and packaging.

 

Your report should include at a minimum date, person (s) involved, material traced (code, lot, description), transactions and quantities trace, % efficiency of your trace, improvements / modifications required, notes, and sign off.
