Lots of different types...depends on your budget, detection level you want, medium being tested, and detection limits desired in a test kit.  There are a number of good lateral flow device allergen test kits for specific target allergens that have somewhat low level detection limits.  They are rapid type tests and work best with rinse water typically.  Neogen Reveal 3d is pretty good, but kind of expensive on the lateral flow kits and I had a hard time getting consistent supply from vendors.
