I anyone out there using an application called RedZone?

HI, I've used it. Do you have a specific question? I have not used the newer quality modules.

 

Pros: awesome OEE tracking software and a great communications tool in large facilities.

 

Cons: Ipad only, so even the person doing the back-end work on updating data etc. has to do it all through an ipad rather than a computer, which is super annoying.

I am looking for reference documents related to Red zone, i.e., users manuals, SOP's, training materials, etc.

I am tasked with writing an SOP for RedZone, yet I am not what you would call a superuser. There is no "superuser" at my company.

I suggest you google "red zone manual" . Documents seem to exist.

I would also reach out to Redzone directly. They should have some instructions for new users that you can convert to whatever format you like.
