Hi all,
I've been asked by a customer if "We contact you about the nanomaterials on the additives.
We would like to know if you have some nanomaterials in the additive E170 calcium carbonate used in these products :". We are in the process of changing our recipes and adding salt and the anti caking agent E535 is in the salt we are thinking of purchasing, I do not know what % of E535 is in the salt, it does not say and the supplier hasn't come back to me regarding it?.
My question is do I have to label it (E535) on the finished product as we will be using 0.4%?
I want to have all aspects of this covered prior to implementing this recipe changeover.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
