Hi, I'm a newly registered user in this forum. I am from Malaysia. My company is in progress for HACCP certification using MS 1480:2007. Compliance audit has been done on 29 & 30 November 2017. We got total of 17 NCR. Haha. So I managed to solve all the NCR. Except even I am the HACCP Team Leader, I am not good at being a leader. Im being stuck at bad at giving my member job and responsibilities but at the end, I will finish their task.  :uhm:  :uhm:

 

As for my basic introduction, I work at a company that produces premix coffee and chocolate malt drink. I work as QA Excutive. I'm still starting to learn the regulations through in-house training, but I figured I'd go the extra mile and join here in case I do have other questions. I got question regarding Point 8 in MS 1480:2007 which is Maintaining the HACCP system. DO you any of you have the template regarding this point?

I am from Malaysia too, I can help you with the standard

 

Clause 8 - Maintaining the HACCP system

the HACCP system to be updated, maintained and improved regularly.

 

The activities include- communication with the HACCP team, probably like a monthly meeting that is being done to convey any new info or requirement of the Food Safety

Verification results - your tests results, monitoring data that need to be analyzed, or change, or improved

changes to the Food safety policy and objectives?

 

Basically it asks you to actively update the HACCP as and when necessary.
