Hi,

This may seem like a strange question but I have no idea what converting time means (sorry but English is not my first language, and google does not offer me any good answers).

I have written the section/procedure on new product development but a major NC is 'when no proof for defined converting time exist and a safety issue can occur', and I have no idea what converting time means. :helpplease:

Thank you!!

DA

I was unsure if this query related to SQF Process capability, section 2.3.1.1 or not ? (I thought you were implementing IFS)

Offhand i suggest that the auditor was requesting evidence to justify the "time" involved in some Process "conversion" stage.

Kind Regards,

Yes we are implementing IFS, oups..I guess I posted in the wrong place. :oops2:

I still don't understand what process 'conversion' means. Is it the time from product design to product release?

Thank you for your reply.

Best Regards,

DA
