Hi everyone,

So my company recently started with implimenting food safety. The only products we produce that has anything to do with the food chain is paper cups. I have a question regarding laundering of workwear and how often it should take place since production of paper cups doesn't really contaminate the workwear. I'm pretty new with the food safety implimentation and i find it hard to figure out which of the information in ISO 22 000 is relevant to paper cup production and what isn't really necessary so any other tips regarding implimentation of food safety in a company like ours would really be appreciated.

Thanks :silly:

Daily, regardless of finished goods.....It isn't that the cup contaminates the workwear, it's that the workwear contaminate the paper cups.  Cross contamination from all sorts of areas.........are staff wearing them into the lunchroom, washroom outside?

Your concern should be the integrity of the finished good.............not the cleanliness of work wear at the end of a production shift
