Hello! So good etiquette suggests I introduce myself to everyone! My name is Eryn and I work for a small kombucha company in the Pacific Northwest.
I have a background in culinary arts, and found my way to a company that I love working for! I have recently been asked to take on the role of PCQI and will be attending training at the end of the month. It will be my job to assure we are in full FSMA compliance by September. I'm currently working on FSP and HACCP plans, and have been working on implementing additional safety improvements in our facility.
I'm looking forward to seeing what information these forums have to offer, as there are so many resources to navigate online. I'll probably post a question or two now and again, but I'm here to learn!
