It's a pleasure to join this community in order to share experiences and get some insights in food safety management. I am currently the General Manager for Valid Nutrition Limited, a company that manufacture Ready-to-Use Foods designed for treatment and management of various forms of malnutrition. I have worked for over 13 years in various food manufacturing companies and at one point in our national bureau of standards body in certification department.
I have passion in quality management systems and food safety management systems even up to the current position where I am a core active team member of the food safety team of our company despite being a general manager just to ensure I contribute and share experiences gained with time in food safety management system.
Key point I have learnt with time is that food safety hazards risks are quite dynamic and we need to continuously be on the lookout and be updating our systems with emerging information about new hazards as well as improved control measures, hence my interest to join this team so as to get enriched as well as share experiences to enhance the overall global food safety initiative.
