Enterobacteriaceae Limit in food confectionery?

Hi All,

 

May I know in food  confectionery  what can be limit for Enterobacteriaceae?

 

It is in my environmental  program by monthly.

even though you've said you're not RTE, this is what I would strive for

 

General Hygiene indicator organism Result (colony-forming unit (cfu)/g) Satisfactory Enterobacteriaceae a <10'20, Escherichia coli b <20

Borderline 10'2 - <10'4

Unsatisfactory> 10'4

Yes results in cfu /ml for Enterobacteriacease. so it will be same limit .I have 40 cfu per ml.

It varies. With the confectionery ?

 

EC has maxima within Sampling Plans of 0, 5, 10,100 cfu/gram-ml for infant dried foods, pasteurised milk, milk powder, ice cream/egg products
