Control Charts for Storage and Distribution

Does anyone has a template for a control chart that is used for Storage and Distribution. 

I am really stuck with this do not know which process to included etc.,

Are you speaking of creating a control chart based upon SPC principles for monitoring process deviations? Or referring to a hazard analysis matrix?

Yes Control chart using SPC principles. From a warehouse standpoint I do not what can be included for analysis. Does anyone have template. Please help 

There is no "template" for the use of SPC.  You determine its use and application within your process.  I would encourage you to learn a little bit more about SPC here, and perhaps that will help you figure out where you need to apply it within your program:
