Help needed with unexplained metal fragments in food

hi all, i have received a foreign matter found in food. after kitchen walk thorough i and chefs are all have no idea which this metal fragments come from.

 

i have go thru product processing, raw material analysis, machine structure etc. 

 

totally no clue. where is this metal come from . the metal is 1.3cm x 1cm width.

 

found in yellow dal (a traditional indian curry)

 

i m a hygiene inspector in a restaurant whom response these matter.

Hi Chromatin,

 

That's a characteristic decoration part of a Laguiole knife (Laguiole knife bee). Under normal circumstances, it's not intended that it looses.
