Evening,

Chocolate molding / wafers, coloring of wafers. Technically there's no rework.During the same day production material will be re-introduced back in to the same batch / lot ( like to Like) nothing carries over were there will be numerous lots to record. There will be small waste from like conveyors, wafers falling in to a pan, but does not get put back into circulation.

My question for 2.4.6 I can just say ( N/A) to Product rework? Or do I need to have a procedure for Like to like ? or just say all together NO to rework? Thanks..

SIDE NOTE: I am not talking poundage's of chocolate being re-introduced.

Dear Noahchris,

In this case I would make a rework procedure, describing the situation above. Important here is to really be sure, that the production material is always be re-introduced in the same batch.

Kind regards,

Gerard Heerkens
