Hey thanks Charles for replying.
Yes in the past everything used to be in spec on small packets , in fact I'm running the big bags(200g) now and O2 levels are below 1.7%.
Only when I'm running small bags(25g) lately O2 readings are high.
I've had trial runs on small packets to see if there's a difference on O2 levels (played with packet air fill/speed) no change.
On premises we have a huge silo nitrogen tank.
Nitrogen flow through pipes to pack machines, where we monitor the pressure/flow. On our crisp line we don't experience this problem. Its only on my line and only with the 25g packets.
Its really frustrating, because all my product are being put on hold.
Need troubleshooting, what else do I look at, any input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
