Hello,

 

Can anyone share their registration work log or summarize the justification column? (Removing all contact information)

 

I have many relevant points but see they want it short and sweet.

The lack of response (sorry !)  may have been due to insufficient context/familiarity regarding the terminology "registration work log".

 

Google indicates it may have some medical significance ?.
