What method can be used to verify the shelf life of a food product, as required by BRC Food

it depends on what kind of product - product has to be safe and according to specification - so stability tests are OK

Send the product for a microbiological testing under particular storage conditions. The testing will tell you how long you can keep the food item

I have to check the stability of the product during its storage period
