Hello, I'm starting to apply the FSSC 22000 in a company that produce blowing rice. During the elaboration of the flow diagram I have the movement of the rice in the tube by air. Shoul I have to insert it in the flow diagram and should I analyse it in the risk analysis? I know air and water are included in the PRP so I think to insert in the risk analys but cover them by the PRP elaborated. What do you think? Thank you.

Not particularly familiar with FSSC22000, but IMO as a general principle anything "happening" in the production process and anything introduced etc should be included in the flow diagram. I'd definitely include the introduction of compressed air in the flow diagram and in the corresponding assessment.

Thank you answer me. I decided to inset the process in the flow diagram and valueted them in the risk analysis.FSSC 22000 and other standards like BRC food have PRP programms to keep air and water under control, so my risk analysis will consider the PRP water and PRP air.
