Regarding the Interpretation Guidelines, this document is not freely available to the public and is copyrighted so should not be shared. You can purchase the book for £125 from the BRC bookstore: (I would highly recommend investing in the guidelines if you are implementing or working with the standard)

Alternatively if you are already BRC certified you can download the guidelines for no extra charge from the BRC Participate site. You will need to register with your site code if not already done so.
