I'm a QA Manager at one of Toronto's food industry companies, 10 years of experience in dairy (fermented dairy products and frozen desserts) and particularly in GFSI, organic, Kosher, non-GMO, etc. certifications and documentation development. Now having tough time revising FSMS to comply with ISO 22000:2018 - I'm sure many of you'd understand what I'm talking about, eh:) Expecting you guys to help me with this - and if anybody has questions related to my area of expertise, I'd be glad to help as well.
