Hello all,

I received this recent CAR in audit;

"There are no records to demonstrate qualification that production room HVAC units have sufficient positive air flow pressure to push air out past entries to production rooms."

Does your interpretation of this statement require a full analysis by a professional air quality group much like the ones that advertise on this site?

Or is there another way to quantify the production of the HVAC units in production rooms by identifying it's capabilities versus sq/ft?

I appreciate everyone's idea's on this and thank you

Sincerely,

Plastic Ducky

I'm assuming this is regarding microbiological factors, correct? Is it possible to conduct a challenge using petri plates for air testing in the production area to determine efficiency of your HVAC systems?
