How does it affect your Food Safety Plan?

If it affects yours or think it may then you can reanalyze. It is a discussion you should make during your HACCP team meeting with your team.

We had a HACCP meeting last week and found it does not affect anything and we did not need to reanalyze anything.

No, I do not think so. As Dr. F of the CDC said this is a simple seasonal flu.

Currently the CDC has taken the standpoint that it does not impact food.  What we did, as part of our crisis management, is show that we had considered that in our Crisis Management notes.  I don't personally believe a FS plan reassessment is necessary - and if your product is used almost immediately after producing it would have been wise to consider human illness that typically isn't transferred via food regardless of Covid-19.

Document that you have considered it as a risk and then show you are control it with your current plan, policy, procedures, GMP's, etc.

Who is this mysterious Dr. F of the CDC and where is this article of his you have mentioned in multiple threads?  I'm very curious.

I'm assuimg Dr. Anthony Fauci. I don't recall him saying anything like that though? If anything he has been warning us of how serious this will be.
