So far, in other threads, Covid's proposed (indirect) "hazards" to food safety have focussed on generic difficulties related to potential absences of "critical" FS Personnel., eg maintenance of appropriate hygienic conditions, monitoring functions etc. Other threads handle this "hazard" within Crisis Management Procedures however BRC8 does not not include this topic.
The Questionnaires in previous Posts are one Preventive Measure for above "hazard".
