Hi Kumar,
I'm not familiar with the BAP standard, in terms of general comments these seem like issues of a type that could occur in many food safety audits.

For (1), it sounds as though you may simply need to revise your procedure to cover this?

For (2), I'm inferring that the auditor found brittle plastic that wasn't on your existing brittle materials register. The immediate corrective action for this would be to ensure that it is added to the site list, and I'd also be inclined to do a more general review to ensure that no other items have been missed. You may also want to look at how new items and modifications to the facilities/equipment are handled, for example by including an extra check to see if these have any implications for your brittle materials controls.
