I'm using the Butterfield's Buffered water for the micro testing of indicator organism in food.

My question is can I also use BPW in place of the Butterfield's solution?

What is composition of BBW ?

It may depend on what you are specifically analysing for ?

Offhand, it is usually preferable to initially follow a standard procedure like BAM unless you are compelled to use a different methodology.

Kind Regards,
