Can i use milk powders for the formulation of flavored milk

what is the advantage of using raw milk or milk powder in the formulation of flavored milk drinks can anyone have suggestion please

Why not? We make flavored kefirs (drinkable yogurts) using skim milk powder, and that's been working fine through many years
