With the mandate of the questionnaire as of Sept 25, how are you enforcing this - online apps/telelphone/paper/interviewer?
Looking for streamlined ways for improving efficiency of pre-screening for 24/7 shifts.

Thanks a lot for sharing, I've missed this one! I'm having my workers to complete health questionnaires, temperature screening, masks/shields, physical distancing if possible
