Hi Everyone on Food safety & quality discussions!
This is my first post.

To tell you all in brief about myself,I am a food technologist with around 7 years of exp. in food industry as well as the excipients ( Pharma sector)
Worked in QA & production departments in food industries in sectors such as Carbonated Beverages, Milk cereal based weaning foods,Biscuits,Cakes & Rusk.
Worked in Product development w.r.t Colour & flavour in Pharma excipients sector.
