Hi All,

I know from days gone by that Tesco used to have a micro standard for high care swabs beyond the "absence of pathogens" requirement. Anyone got a copy or something similar? I can't find it on TTL.

Sorry; Tesco Technical Library.

I know the retailers used to have a standard. Tesco used to insist something like TVC 100 cfu max on food contact surfaces in high risk. I was wondering if anyone had this standard and if so, what the spec was for low risk, high care etc.
Can anybody help GMO with this please?
