Hi Sarfaraz, I agree with your comments wholeheartedly until I see your comment “in a rapid way”, which then makes me question your motive as I see you have an outstanding and unanswered question on the forum.

Spices Sterilization - Method and Equipment Required

Of course it is frustrating not to get an answer, but sometimes (not often) topics do go unanswered when there are no members around with relevant experience to share. We do have a lot of members here from all areas of the food industry with vast experience and they are very happy to share their time and knowledge freely and may I say often without thanks or even a reply from the original member who asked the question. This is frustrating, so much so that I am sure we have lost many a good member because of this lack of consideration, reciprocation and respectfulness.

This and all other networking forums are about give and take and it would be nice if new members could share their experience and comments on existing topics where they have experience. Instead of using the forum to get answers to their immediate need.

I hope you don’t mind me commenting in this way Sarfaraz, but I felt the need to respond to your comments with my honest feelings.

Regards,
Simon
