Dear All,

Just after as many reasons as possible as to -> why not to store product directly on the floor of refrigerators/freezers?

- cleaning
- airflow
- spills

Any others?

Thx, in anticipation,
Toni

Actually not just refrigerators/freezer, food products cannot just put on floor. Others reason you can list out are wet, the product packaging stick to the floor.

easy to handle during loading if you put your product in pallet..
Dear Toni,

No foods should be stored on the floors of walk in chiller / freezer so as to avoid any chance of contamination and to facilitate cleaning. Food items are to be organized in the Walk-in so as to help in the easy movement, inspection and ensure stock rotation is done.
Thx As Nur & Jean,

Toni
