Hello to everyone

I would be very grateful, if someone could tell me, what kind of chemical hazards regularly associated with starch, as raw material?

Thanks in advance

BUMP for Ruzana.
Dear Ruzana,

For an idea maybe try this link which is a CFIA / HACCP plan evaluation where flour, starch and some other related are used as raw material inputs -

http://www.inspectio.../ckbrpoue.shtml

Clicking on forms 5,6,7 shows some respective opinions on possible BCP hazards (eg allergens, pesticides ++ apparently). Later forms (eg HACCP plan) also suggest control measures if that is of any interest.

Thank you, Charles.C, it was helpful!

Thanks also for the BUMP :)
